CTSi is currently in search of an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective inventory control and distribution processes. This position involves various responsibilities, including but not limited to packing, inspecting shipments, inventory counts, and collaborating with different teams within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the packing process and inspect packages to minimize damage during transportation.
• Promptly report any damages and inventory discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders for immediate resolution.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and coordinate physical inventory audits when required.
• Maintain organized and detailed documentation related to inventory transactions, adjustments, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize procurement and transportation processes.
• Perform other related duties associated with inventory control and distribution as necessary.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalency certification.

Experience:

• At least two (2) years of related experience in the foregoing functions.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expert user-level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).  Excel expert is a must!  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask and stay extremely organized.
• Comfortable driving various types of vehicles and a willingness to learn to operate machinery like a forklift.
• A valid driver's license.

Work Environment: This role demands consistent physical activity, including lifting, bending, and walking.
