Mr. Sanders is the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of CTSi, providing corporate leadership and strategic vision for the world-class, privately-held small business. He also sits on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards and committees.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Mississippi State University. He served in the US Air Force, initially working for Space Command supporting the launch of unmanned rockets, and later as a Flight Test Engineer at Edwards Air Force Base. He then worked for Bell Helicopter as a Flight Test Engineer on the V-22 tiltrotor program. He founded CTSi in August of 2005 and has served in the role of CEO since that time. Mr. Sanders currently resides in Hollywood MD, where he's happily married to his wonderful wife Leanne Sanders.

Ms. Willmore joined CTSi in 2008.  As Chief Operations Officer, Carrie serves as the principal interface with government customers and partner companies regarding all contractual matters. Her expertise is integral in developing and implementing company contracting strategies, winning new business, providing exceptional quality service to external and internal customers. She also oversees CTSi’s accounting, billing, accounts payable, and finance departments, and she provides guidance and oversight on all corporate HR operations including benefits, onboarding, training, professional development, and employee relations.

Ms. Willmore has over 19 years of experience in government contracting and has extensive knowledge and understanding of the U. S. Government acquisition and procurement environment. She has supported a range of activities including the preparation and analysis of complex proposals, pricing reviews, negotiations of contracts and subcontracts, contract transitions, and overall compliance reporting.
